You may return any product within a 30-day period that is unopened and still in

Refunding Policy:
All returned packages, except Basic & Quick & Simple programs, will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Basic & Quick & Simple programs will be refunded in full (excludes shipping costs). This does not include
damaged products.
Damaged Products:
Any damaged product can be returned within 15 days of purchase. All damaged
products will be replaced NOT refunded. Before sending in damaged products, please
contact us at (800) 620-6215.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are real-time quotes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your products have been shipped out.
We will make every effort to ship your product same day. In most cases we can ship your order within three (3) business days. Depending on your location, Ground Shipping can take up to nine (9) business days, but usually ships sooner. To be safe, we ask that you please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
Some products may have to be back ordered. If that is the case, we will ship your order to you Ground as soon as the back order comes into our warehouse. Back orders usually come into our warehouse within 7 to 15 business days of your order, however we cannot guarantee that.
If you need this program sooner, or want to make sure that it will not have to be back ordered, then please contact us before purchasing. After the item is purchased we cannot make any special arrangements.
