Learn About Our Pre-Owned Pimsleur Program

1. The CD's or Cassettes - Each comprehensive program consists of 16 CD's or Cassettes.
2. The Case - This is a hard carrying case for the CD's or Cassettes
3. The Front Insert - This is a small insert that goes into a clear window in the front of the case. It has the name of the program as well as the image that symbolized the program on it.
4. Reading Booklet - A small supplemental reading booklet that goes along with the lessons provided on the CD's or Cassettes.
5. The Owner's Manual - A small folded paper booklet that explains the Pimsleur program.
6. Plastic Placeholders - There are four of these plastic pieces. They are used to hold the last eight CD's in place in the case. The CD's will still stay in their place without these placeholders, however they are more likely to come loose as the case moves around.

• Are the CD's or Cassettes playable? - We examine each CD or Cassette to make sure that they are playable. If we cannot tell whether the CD or Cassette is playable with the naked eye then we will actually play it to make sure it doesn't skip. JUST TO NOTE: WE WILL NEVER SELL A USED PROGRAM THAT HAS EVEN 1 CD OR CASSETTE THAT SKIPS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU GET A CD OR CASSETTE THAT DOESN'T WORK WE WILL REPLACE IT FREE OF CHARGE.

• Is there any fading, markings, or discolorations on any of the CD's or Cassettes
• Is there anything else noticeably wrong with the CD's or Cassettes?

• Does the inside of the case have any dings, dents, cracks, splits, warps, or smashed areas?
• Does the spine of the case have any dings, dents, cracks, splits, warps, or smashed areas?
• Does the edges of the case have any dings, dents, cracks, splits, warps, or smashed areas?
• Is there any fading, markings, or discoloration on the case?
• Is there anything else noticeably wrong with the case?

• Is the front insert in the case?
• Is the front insert creased, torn, or dog-eared?
• Is there any fading, markings, or discoloration on the front insert?
• Is there anything else noticeably wrong with the insert?

• Is the reading booklet included with the program?
• Are all of the pages still in the reading booklet?
• Are the edges of the booklet dented, creased, torn, or dog-eared?
• Is the front or back cover creased, torn or dog-eared?
• Is the back cover creased, torn or dog-eared?
• Are any pages within the reading booklet creased, torn or dog-eared?
• Is there any fading, markings, or discolorations on the front or back cover of the reading booklet?
• Is there any fading, markings, or discolorations on any of the pages of the reading booklet?
• Is there anything else noticeably wrong with the reading booklet?

• Is the Owner's Manual included with the program?
• Is the Owner's Manual creased, torn, or dog-eared?
• Is there any fading, markings, or discolorations on in the on the Owner's Manual?

• Are all four plastic placeholders included with the program?
• Are there any bends, creases, or splits in any of the placeholders?
• Is there anything else noticeably wrong with the placeholders?
